These terms and conditions govern the sale of wholesale distribution supplies (including toilet tissue, kitchen towels, cleaning chemicals and paper serviettes) and the provision of grounds maintenance and grass cutting services by KK Essentials (PTY) LTD ("the Company") to commercial and private clients.
1. Pricing and Quotations
- All prices displayed on this website represent current baseline estimates and are subject to final confirmation upon formal quotation.
- Written quotations provided via email or WhatsApp are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Raw material wholesale fluctuations (such as pulp and industrial chemical costs) may affect unconfirmed reorders.
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Value Added Tax (VAT) applies in accordance with South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations where applicable.
2. Orders and Confirmation
- An order is deemed accepted once mutually confirmed via WhatsApp, email, or upon receipt of a deposit/proof of payment.
- Orders for high-volume custom bales or bulk chemical quantities are subject to stock availability at the time of confirmation.
3. Collection, Delivery and Risk
- Self-Collection: Orders may be collected by prior arrangement from our distribution location in Mthwalume Ward 18 (Sihlonyaneni Area). Please ensure your order has been packed and ready before arrival.
- Delivery: Delivery services are offered across Port Shepstone, Hibberdene, Uvongo and surrounding South Coast regions. Delivery fees, where applicable, are quoted transparently based on distance and order volume.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon handover at our collection depot or at the customer's designated delivery address.
4. Grass Cutting and Grounds Maintenance Services
- Grass cutting quotations are based on the initial inspection, photos, or description provided regarding lawn area, grass height, and terrain condition.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring properties are cleared of hazardous debris, loose wire, rocks, building rubble, or unrestrained animals prior to our team's arrival.
- Adverse weather conditions (such as continuous heavy rainfall) may necessitate rescheduling of grounds work to ensure safety and prevent soil damage.
5. Inspection, Returns and Refunds
- Customers must inspect packaging and goods upon collection or delivery.
- Any discrepancies, damaged bales, or defective containers must be reported to KK Essentials within 48 hours of receipt.
- Approved returns for undamaged, unopened goods in original bale wrap will be replaced or credited in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
6. Limitation of Liability
- KK Essentials (PTY) LTD makes every effort to ensure prompt supply and reliable service execution. However, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen transit delays, supplier stockouts, or severe weather events.
